TECHNO-BESTIARY

The series addresses the topic of co-evolution of people, machines and animals, the awareness of interspecies interconnectedness and the degree of human responsibility for the further course of the evolution of the cosmic body of the Earth and near-Earth space. The series consists of several mixed media paintings, each of which is like an episode of one journey into outer space. The heroes of this journey are small cyborgized creatures, presented in animated holograms that float next to huge constellations outlined in neon. All depicted objects in the works seem to be alive and are in silent interaction with each other.

The first episode of the series was presented at the exhibition «About chimeras, hybrids, cyborgs and people. A Guide to the Inevitable Future» at the Museum of Moscow, curated by the Triumph Gallery in the fall of 2022.
