О проекте
Чайная 89 — сеть чайных, посвященная путешествию по России. Каждый месяц чайная выпускает коллекцию напитков, вдохновленную природой и обычаями определенного региона. Узнавай чайные традиции каждого региона и путешествуй по России виртуально.

Дополнение проекта при помощи генеративных сетей
Чайная 89. Плюшки — новая коллекция мерча: плюшевые игрушки, олицетворяющие регионы России.
В основе идеи лежит каламбур: «Возьми плюшку к чаю». Под словом «плюшка» в современном сленге часто подразумевают какой-либо приятный бонус, так же это слово очень созвучно со словом «плюшевый».
Айдентика
Логотип. Сгенерировано Ideogram
Для создания логотипа были применены различные модели: Midjourney, Leonardo AI, ReCraft. Однако, лучше всех с задачей создания интересного и красивого логотипа справилась модель Ideogram. Вариант генерации Ideogram представлен в презентации.
Изображение логотипа было увеличено при помощи нейросети Upscayl. Эта программа позволяет увеличить расширение изображение по заготовленным под разные сценарии модели: фотография, арт, векторная картинка и т. д. Одной из ее особенностей являются локальные вычисления. Это удобно, если нет интернета, но может быть проблемой для компьютеров с низкими производительными мощностями.
Распознование текста выполнено при помощи сервисов WhatFontIs и Google Fonts. Цветовая палитра сгенерирована при помощи сервиса Adobe Color.

Маскот является одним из составляющим общей айдентики бренда, а так же отличной страртовой точки для создания мерча.
Маскот из оригинального проекта
Чапи (игра слов: «чай пить») — купажист-непоседа. Он путешествует по России, изучая традиции и обычаи разных народов и с радостью поделится своими знаниями о чае и с Вами.
Дизайн мягкой игрушки маскота, выполненный в Midjourney
Для создания мягкой игрушки маскота применялась функция Character Reference с весом 40 (--cref 40). Забавно, что Midjourney распознал маскота как кота (на выходе получались изображения с котоподобными персонажами). Поэтому слово «cat» было добавлено в финальный промнт.
Очистить выходное изображения от ненужных объектов помогает негативный промнт. Указанным объектам в негативном промнте присваются негативные или нулевые веса, чтобы они не оказывали влияния на выходной ассоциативный ряд. В midjourney негативный промнт вызывается функцией --no. В промнте была использована данная функция с целью сделать фон нейтральным и лишенным деталей.
Оригинальное изображение имело соотношение сторон 5:6 (--ar 5:6). Для презентации было принято решение «растянуть» картинку при помощи функции uncrop, которую предоставляет модель pixelcut AI.
В качестве референса стиля (style reference / --sref) была использована фотография мягкой игрушки популярного магазина Makeship. Вес референса стиля: 5.

Далее в качестве референса стиля было использовано изображения мягкой игрушки кота, чтобы и последующие игрушки были выполнены с таком же стиле.

К моменту поиска дизайна игрушки-барса, мне стала активная модель Midjourney Raw, позволяющая генерировать более фотореалистичные и синематографичные изображения (функция --style raw).
Поиски игрушки-барса уходили в тупик, т. к. нейросеть генерировала изображения, очень похожие на обычного кота. Поэтому были активированы функии Variety (--chaos) и Weirdness (--weird). Функция хаос добаляет в инпут (данные, что подаются на вход) дополнительные шумовые веса, а «странность» — генерирует более шумные изображения на выходе, что позволяет нейросети при каждом пассе генерации изображения находить ассоциации, не включенные в изначальный промнт.

Для создания кучи игрушек была применина фнкция zoom со значением x1.5.
Функция --personalize учитывает личные предподчения пользователя. Пользователю предлагается пройти опрос, в котором из двух изображений необходимо выбрать то, которое нравится больше. Нейросеть обучается на основе результата таких опросов и подстраивает выходное изображение с учетом стилистических весов, эмпанирующих пользователю.

Функцию --stylize можно сравнить с кнопкой «сделай красиво»: функция задает вес эстетики Миджорней. Изображения становятся более фотореалистичными и гармоничными, однако, может страдать оригинальность выходного результата и его соответсвие с изначальным промнтом. Значение весов варьируется от 0 до 1000, так что 50 — крайне маленький вес. Однако, его хватает, чтобы добиться фотореализма.

Для финализации выходное изображение можно прогнать через функцию upscale, которая предоставляется каждому пользователю Midjourney. У функции есть две модели (режима): Creative и Subtle.
Creative Upscale ищет в генерируемом шуме новые детали, Subtle — выдает изображение, наименее отличимое от входного.

При помощи нейросети Recraft AI полученное из Midjourney изображение было переобразовано в мокап. После, на стакан с напитком был нанесен логотип кафе.
Логотип, сгенерированный в Ideogram, нанесен на стакан при помощи нейросети Recraft
Далее, в Photoshop постер был кадрирован, заверщающим штрихом стало увеличение качества изображения в Upscayl.
