Interstate higher education institution in Yerevan (Armenia), established in 1997. RAU students receive
two state diplomas: from the Republic of Armenia and the Russian Federation, educational process
is conducted in two languages. The University has 8 institutes: Humanities, Mathematics and computer
science, Engineering and physics, Biomedicine and pharmacy, Law and politics, Economics and business,
Oriental studies. And at the Institute of Media, advertising and cinema a bachelor’s degree
in Communication Design has been opened — a joint program with the HSE ART AND DESIGN
SCHOOL.
